Question:

In less than a month after I bought, I had to exchange my smartphone for a new one twice due to multiple product defects. But still the device has another problem such as bad connection, sudden power-off, lost data, etc. Several repair service provided by the manufacturer could not solve those problems. Now I have zero tolerance for this troublesome smartphone. May I get a full refund?

Answer:

Yes. Pursuant to Regulations on Consumer Dispute Resolution, a consumer is entitled to get a refund of purchase price if same functional and performance defects occur for the third time even after second time repair service provided or if such defects occur for the fifth time despite fourth-time repair in various parts during warranty period.
