Refund request for PC bought at online shopping mall
Question: I purchased a PC at an online shopping mall. Immediately after the goods were delivered, however, I knew I was no longer interested in. May I return the PC to the seller and ask a full refund?
Answer: For a PC bought at an online shopping mall, it is hard to get a refund from the seller unless it is found to be defective. In case the features of the PC do not meet your expectation and the PC has never been powered on, you may return it to the seller within 7 days after the receipt. But you are required to return the PC in the original condition as it was received. If any packing materials or parts are destroyed or damaged, your refund request could be rejected by the seller. Also, in case the cause of product return just falls on change of mind, you shall bear all costs for the return. |
