Question:

For several years, I have been playing a mobile game developed by a Korean company. Because the Korean game developer has placed a permanent ban onto my account recently, I can no longer play the game. Just saying I have violated the terms of use, the subject company even refused to disclose any particular evidence to show my wrongdoings (if any). Can my account be reactivated?
 

Answer:

In case the Korean game developer finds any violation or illegal activities in your account, the company has every right to lock your account and the access to the subject account shall be banned accordingly. From previous talks with the Korean game developer, we have learned most of the bans placed onto gamers’ accounts were due to their use of illegal software. If it is certain that you have never used illegal software and not violated the terms of use, please talk to the company directly.
