Refund request for K-pop concert ticket bought from online ticket reseller

Question:

I bought two tickets for K-pop concert to be held in Singapore via online ticket reselling site. But I was told that any ticket purchased from third party other than the official ticket seller would be invalid and not be honored at the venue. How can I get my money back?

Answer:

For refund, please contact the online ticket reselling site or the original ticket holder. Unless they are legally registered business entities in Korea, we cannot help you to get refunded. If the online ticket reselling site and the original ticket holder are the registered traders in Korea, please submit order confirmation and payment record for the subject transaction.
