I booked flight tickets to ICN (Incheon), operated by Korean air carrier, via online booking agent. Due to safety concerns in the aftermath of the outbreak of coronavirus across the country, I’d like to cancel my booking. What should I do for refund?

Please contact the online booking agent first. If the booking agent is not helpful, check the air carrier’s refund policy for this special occasion.
