KTO launched a new website of Tourist Complaint Center for foreigners
On October 17, 2016, the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) opened a brand new Tourist Complaint Center website for international visitors and residents to report any unpleasant experiences they have encountered in Korea. Whither it is a case of simple unkindness to a more serious issue like overcharging in a taxi or at a shop, tourists can submit their complaint through the Tourist Complaint Center website directly from their mobile device. Registration is not required to submit a report. After filling in the required basic information such as your email address, name and nationality, your request will be filed. With the online system, tourists can submit reports at the moment they realize something is wrong, and the Tourist Complaint Center will be better able to provide timely assistance. In addition to the website, tourists can submit reports via phone call (+82-2-1330) and email (tourcom@knto.or.kr).
